A full bouquet of herbs, black olive, leather, pepper, balsamic notes representing the terroir of this unique valley from a 5 acre vineyard aged for 24 months in small barrique, 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, a strong earthy component to the bouquet but a good amount of fruit here also, black currants and plums. A big and chewy wine wtih wonderful richness on the palate, still quite tannic right now but balanced just needs time. Finish 50+ Excellent +
