Our summer Happy Hours continue Thursday nights with the world’s most popular white wines – Chardonnay. Many of these wines on the table came from the cellar of Chardonnay Ray and we now have an incredible collection of vintage chardonnay on the shelves here at Wine Watch.
We will raise a glass and give a special thanks tonight to one of greatest collectors of Chardonnay that we have ever known, a great chardonnay aficionado. Most of the collection was purchased here during one of the hundreds of supplier tastings that Ray attended with me.
He only bought the best Chardonnay and loved them with 10+ years of age, these wines went right into our storage facility and are now just coming out to reach the shelves here at Wine Watch. Don’t worry Ray is fine, he and Deb are in Seattle and has plenty of Chardonnay in his cellar there…
The fee for this tasting is $75 + tax for reservations call 954-523-9463 or e-mail andy@winewatch.com.

2013 Gary Farrell Olivet Lane Chardonnay Russian River Valley
Price: $47.00 Sale Price: $39.00 Quantity in Stock: 27
(94 Points) Almond and anise open what evolves into a concentrated expression of a stellar vineyard site in a great vintage in good winemaking hands. Honey and baked peach initially fool the palate into anticipating that this wine might head into full-blown hedonism, but subtle layers of lemon, grapefruit and pear keep it crisp, fresh and ultimately complex. Creamy, it retains plenty of acidity for balance. (VB) Review Date: 02/2016 Wine Enthusiast
