Turtle Creek Goat Cheese
Price: $3.00

Valdeon Deep Sharp Blue
Price: $3.00
This blue cheese is made with cow and goat’s milks at the base of the Picos de Europa in the town of Posada de Valdeón. A family runs the entire operation, everything from making the cheese to aging it and then selling it. They created it when the D.O.P. for Cabrales formed and dictated that Cabrales could only be made in the town of the same name. Valdeón is sought after because it is milder than D.O.P. Cabrales, yet retains an excellent balance of sweet, spicy and earthy flavors. A Silver Award at the World Cheese Awards in 2015
Beehive Applewood Smoked White Cheddar
Price: $3.00
When you take a bite of Beehive Cheese, it melts like butter in your mouth. That’s because Beehive Cheese is made from the creamiest milk in Utah and lovingly crafted into superior cheese by a family who shares a passion for the artisan way of life.
Barely Buzzed (Cocoa Bean & Lavender Crusted)
Price: $3.00
Unique espresso and lavender hand-rubbed cheese with subtle notes of butterscotch and caramel. Made from the milk of Jersey cows; this is a full-bodied cheese with a smooth, creamy texture. Barely Buzzed is our most popular cheese and is considered by many to be a great American original.
Manchengo 12 month aged
Price: $3.00
The Manchego is produced in the La Mancha region of Spain, which is also home to Don Quixote. It is made from unpasteurised sheep's milk. It is one of the popular cheeses from Spain, made from sheep's milk. It also comes under the PDO guidelines.
Viejo - Manchego cheese aged for a year becomes crumbly in texture while the interior of the cheese acquires a butterscotch colour. It has a sweet, lingering taste.
Parmigiano Reggiano cheese aged 2 years
Price: $3.00
Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese is often one of the most expensive cheeses when it is bought at delicatessen counters or at supermarkets. However, we can make some considerations in this respect and prove that it is not exactly like that. First of all, it is a hard-paste and long-maturation cheese. This means that its water content is only approximately 30%, i.e. it is a highly concentrated cheese, where the nourishing substances present in milk (casein, fat, mineral, vitamins, etc.) undergo a special drying process, or more appropriately dehydration process, both during production in the dairy and in the maturation rooms. Therefore, when you buy a hundred grams of Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, you are actually taking home about 70% nourishing substances. Instead, if you buy other soft or fresh cheeses (which can also be very tasty) the water content can be up to 50%. The quantity of nourishing substances bought is definitely not the same.
Proscuitto San Danielle
Price: $3.00
Prosciutto di San Daniele is produced only in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region, in the hilly area around the town of San Daniele in the province of Udine, in the extreme north-eastern part of Italy. Recognisable by its typical guitar-like shape, the presence of the trotter and the Consortium brand, Prosciutto di San Daniele is made solely of the meat of pigs born and bred in Italy and sea salt. It is a natural food product with no additives or preservatives of any kind. Its high nutritional value and ease of digestion make it suitable for any type of diet.
Iberico Chorizo
Price: $4.00
This delicious chorizo is a dry-cured sausage made from the famous Ibérico pork of Spain. Seasoned with the smoky paprika from western Spain, it has a deep red color and a complex meaty flavor. Slice thinly and serve with fresh bread and a glass of great Spanish wine.
Salumi Cacciatori Principe
Price: $4.00

German wines can be hard to pronounce and a little difficult for wine novices to understand as the new wave of German wines are becoming dryer and dryer. One producer that we have counted on every year for consistency and quality is JJ Prüm.
Dr. Prüm was chosen Winemaker of the Year in 1996 and had the collection of the year in 2007 by The Gault-Millau/German Wine Guide. Since 1156 the Prüms have called the village of Wehlen home. The Prüm estate as we know it today began with Sebastian Alois Prüm (1794-1871); his brother Jodocus constructed the Wehlener and Zeltinger sundials. Of his six sons only Mathias (1835-1890) married. In 1911 the estate was split amongst Mathias’s four sons and three daughters. It was when his oldest son, Joh. Jos. Prüm, started the estate. Joh. Jos. Prüm was in poor health when his son Sebastian took over in 1920 and went on to establish the world repute of the estate which continues to this day. After his death in 1969, his son Dr. Manfred Prüm assumed the responsibility and today Manfred and his oldest daughter, Katharina work in parallel to manage the estate. It’s most important vineyard holdings are the Wehlener Sonnenuhr, Graacher Himmelreich, Zeltinger Sonnenuhr and Bernkasteler Badstube. The vineyards are planted 95% Riesling. The Joh. Jos. Prüm estate ferments its Riesling almost exclusively with indigenous yeast. Annual production is 15,000 cases.
Join us as we experience the new releases from this epic producer from the Mosel. The 2015 vintage is being touted as exceptional from the press but you can form your own opinion about these wines as we are giving you a chance to taste these wines first hand and experience a tasting menu prepared by Toni Lampasone for this special evening. This is a seated event and there are only 16 spaces available for this tasting. The fee for this tasting is $75 + tax, for reservations call 954-523-9463 or e-mail andy@winewatch.com.

Pale straw. Very rich and racy with some nuttiness underneath and massive passion fruit acidity. Masses of extract and already quite a bit of sweetness is evident. This should evolve into something very special. 18.5/20 points (6/2016) Jancis Robinson
