We have a thing for wine here at Wine Watch and it must be good for you because I have been drinking 2 bottles per day now for the last 25 years and not only have I not missed a day’s work. On the last weekend of this month, we celebrate my 25th year at the helm of Wine Watch, to think that I’m still selling and drinking the world’s greatest wines for that long is amazing. I have the best job in the world, and I want to thank ALL of you for making it possible.
That’s why I’m throwing an amazing party to celebrate not only my 25 years, but the Wine Watch is turning 40 years old this year! Jim Turner opened the Wine Watch in 1983 and I bought it from him on May 1st 1998, the rest is history that we are still making. We will be opening up some special big format bottles to commemorate the occasion like the 1996 Etude Jim Turner Cuvee out of 3 liter format to honor our good friend Tony Soter that made the wine as well as the founder of Wine Watch Jim Turner.
