Pressing and winemaking grapes from the Montagne de Reims for pinot noir (35%), from the Vallée de la Marne for pinot meunier (30%) and from the Côte des Blancs for chardonnay grapes (35%).

75% year’s wines

25% reserve wines

Ageing 24 to 36 months in our cellars

Disgorgement and Dosage at 9 g/L

Rest about 3 to 5 months before shipping

Tasting Notes :

Very fine golden yellow colour ;

Buttery with aromas of brioche and apricot ;

Well-balanced mouth with low dosage ;

A generous champagne, made out of the traditional blend of the three varieties.
