Pierre Vincent Girardin is Burgundy’s 13th-generation prodigy who founded his own label in his early twenties. A gifted technician with a steel-nerved, uncompromising philosophy, he chases purity and precision above all else. Whites are shaped by slow, minimalist handling and large-format oak, reds by perfume-first extractions and fine-grained tannin management. Micro-parcels and meticulous selections keep volumes tiny and demand intense.
