Layers of expressive fruit—huckleberry, blackberry, and red currant—mingle with exotic crème de cassis, sandalwood, graphite, and pungent cigar box. A stunningly precise profile of cherry and black currant opens to cacao and crushed river rock, expanding with a crescendo of vibrant acidity across the mid-palate and pulling with fascinating texture from front to back. Elegant, fine-grained tannins wash through a long, persistent finish.
