2015 Fontodi Pinot Nero Tuscany
The 2015 Pinot Nero Case Via is gorgeous. Racy and perfumed, with no hard edges, the Pinot Nero captures all the best the vintage has to offer. Rose petal, lavender, sage and spice notes infuse a core of red/purplish fruit in this very pretty wine. The Pinot Nero is not especially varietal - sometimes an issue with this wine in warmer years - but it is absolutely delicious. -James Suckling.
