Michaels Geniune is one of the hot spots in South Florida right now located in the design district of downtown Miami. Michael Schwartz began his career in Philadelphia, and earned his culinary chops in kitchens from Los Angeles to New York City, until settling in Miami in the early 1990s to open Nemo restaurant on South Beach 20 years ago and has been one of the leading top gun culinary names in South Florida ever since. Recently Michael was added to the list of James Beard Foundation best chef in the south award winners. His concept of from the farm to the table is not a new one for us Italians. For us it is about the ingredients and you can not do better than with what mother nature gave you. Just like a woman, it is always interesting to look at a man dressed as a woman but never good to touch
