2019 Canard Vineyard Zinfandel Napa

This block is 110 years old vines with 18 different grape varietals this is a field blend and both Robert Mondavi and Joe Phelps called to beg them to save the vines.  The wine is treated the same way they treat the Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine has a very deep bouquet of raspberry coulis , sweet tobacco spice and some green tea like aromas they just popped an 84 and they all loved this wine has a good amount of sweet cherry liqueur like fruit, brown spices and that green tea like nuance through the finish, dark coco notes, nice freshess a balanced and ageworthy Zinfandel.  Finish 35+ Excellent  Only 400 cases produced
