The 2017 Oakville Farmhouse Heritage Wine is silky, perfumed and exceptionally beautiful. Floral overtones and silky tannins add to its considerable allure and personality. A wine of exquisite balance and finesse, the 2017 is exceptionally beautiful today. This tiny vineyard in Oakville had to deal with the rare occurrence of hail in addition to the well-known stresses of 2017. Not a lot of that comes through in the wine, however, as this field blend is super-expressive and delicious, even in the early going. (AG)    Review Date: 05/2019
