(95 Points) At the time of my visit, the three grand crus in the Michel cellars were also still quite primary and nowhere near as expressive as the vast majority of the premier crus here. The 2023 Vaudésir offers up a bright and nascently complex bouquet of apple, pear, lime blossoms, chalky minerality, citrus peel and a topnote of dried flowers. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied and really has stunning depth of fruit at the core, with explosive backend energy and grip, fine balance and a long, minerally and very promising, but still quite primary finish. All this needs is time. (Drink between 2031-2070) John Gilman, Review Date: 01/2025
