(94 Points) This is fermented entirely with oak, and while it could use additional time to gain in depth and complexity, it certainly has sopped up the oak influence. (The barrels range from two to ten years old.) There is a broad-shouldered core of muscular fruit laced with apple core, savory spices citrus, lemon curd and nectarine.
