2022 Francois Carillon Macon Blanc Villages

A fresh and balanced white wine with subtle floral notes and an absence of wood that distinguishes it. Its profile offers refreshing citrus and melon touches, complemented by aromas of white roses, jasmine, lemongrass and fennel.

Winery's Notes The grapes come from the village of Igé in the Mâconnais, located between the villages of Azé and Verzé. They are vinified at the estate and aged in oak barrels, 10% of which are new, for 12 months. This wine has a very expressive nose and opens with notes of citrus and exotic fruits, offering a smoothness on the palate and a beautiful freshness.
