2018 Domaine Mouillard Trousseau Cotes du Jura

A small producer with 6 hectares of vines in the southern part of the Jura region, a nice richness on the bouquet flor and yeasty notes to the nose with candied apple fruit and a note of that oxidative quality and that distinct limestone minerlaity giving the wine a creaminess on the palate.  Classic Jura with only a slightly oxidative qulaity and nice balance and freshness on the finish.  Finish 40+     Very Good +
