2018 Alex Gambal Corton Charlemagne Grand Cru

At the boundary between the Côte de Nuits and the Côte de Beaune, the Montagne de Corton is home to two Grand Cru wines: Grand Cru Corton, red or white, and Grand Cru Corton Charlemagne, solely a white wine.  Three villages share the Grand Cru Corton Charlemagne: Aloxe-Corton (climat named Le Charlemagne),  Pernand-Vergelesses (climat named En Charlemagne) and Ladoix-Serrigny (Les Pougets, les Languettes, Le Corton).
