2011 Dandelion Vineyards Shiraz Lionheart of the Barossa

This is Zar Brooks one of the partners in D'Arenberg and local character in the wine business in South Australia, this wine has a nice toasty oak, dark chocolate, dark cherry and black raspberry fruit, a fairly well endowed wine. Ripe plummmy , black raspberry fruit on the tongue with silky smooth tannins and a nice freshness here with dark chocolate and violet floral notes through the finish, classic Barossa shiraz.
