Soaring with aromas of red berries and macerated cherries, a thrilling expression of Garnacha and Cariñena that personifies its name, “The feeling of flying”. The fruit pops with structure on a lively mouthfeel, with subtle tannin and nuances of rosemary, violets, and tar.

Wine Summary 80% Garnacha 20% Cariñena; alcohol: 14%; estate vineyards in D.O. Montsant between 240 -370 meters; llicorella (slate), granite and clay soils; vines 20 – 40 years; no chemicals used in vineyards; hand harvested; fermented in 1700 L concrete vats using only indigenous yeasts at low temperatures to protect fruit; aged 6 months in concrete vats.
