Wineer's Notes This classic Sancerre is vibrant and so fresh, with aromas and flavors of green apple and quince with a stony finish that speaks to the special limestone that graces the hillsides of Bué. This price is unheard of for artisanally produced, estate bottled Sancerre. Our estate is located in the heart of Sancerre, in the small wine-growing village of Bué. Family vineyard for several generations, we operate 13 ha including 9.5 ha of Sauvignon for the production of Sancerre white as well as 3.5 ha of Pinot Noir for the production of Sancerre red and rosé. We cultivate our vines in a very reasoned manner in order to respect our plants and our terroirs. We are currently in the process of converting to organic farming. Our wines come from different types of soil and we have chosen to promote different vintages in renowned localities in the village in order to show a range of terroirs such as “limestone”, “clay” or “flint”.
