Tasting Note This second vintage of Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc is bright, vibrant and refreshing offering the variety’s classic citrus fruit, lemongrass and white floral nuances. Driven by a linear focus of acidity and a steely minerality that adds to the wine’s crispness and complexity, there are layers of flavor featuring white peach, Meyer lemon and grapefruit, alongside hints of white floral jasmine, ginger and white pepper with a round, soft texture on the palate leading to a lengthy mouthwatering finish. Pretty, delicate and savory, this Sauvignon Blanc is a beautiful expression of Napa Valley fruit, and the perfect pairing to sunny, warm days. Enjoy on its own or pair with a wide variety of your favorite seafood, chicken or Mediterranean dishes.
