They have an estate Sauvignon Vineyard Totum which is a piece of the Napanook Vineyard only 3 acres which is all Sauvignon Blanc.  A good amount of melon and green fig like fruit wtih fresh bailed hay and notes of briny mineral and grapefruit citrus on the finish, zesty tongue smacking with a nice mineral laced finish.  Finish 40+  Excellent
