100% Sauvignon Blanc Musquee clone, goldridge with more clay in the soils, more sancerre style higher acidity fermented in Puncheons 132 as opposed to 60, they 100% new Oak for 8 months on the lees and this wine has a but of that grassiness and a musky quality, they pick early to get high acidity and only 13% alcohol, only 93 cases produced. A good bit of white grapefruit, gooseberry fruit on the nose with lovely intensity. this wine has a good bit more acidity and wonderful intensity with a lot of that mineral pop on the finish, very long and zesty, this wine needs a bit of time.
