Grape variety - 100% Syrah
Winemaking & ageing - Manual harvesting, selection of healthy and ripe grapes. Total scraping. Pre-fermentation cold maceration 5 to 6 days. Aged in oak barrels with 10% new barrels.
Tasting - On the nose, this wine reveals scents of pepper and jammy red fruits. In the mouth, it is balanced, ample and intense, offering in its long finish a very good
