A blend of 80% grenache, 10% Syrah, 5% Mourvedre and 5% Cinsault, this is classic Chateauneuf with fresh berry pie like fruit, fresh flowers and herbs with a note of dried meat here nice complexity on the nose, light smoky meat notes. Firm and quite fresh on the tongue, a bit tightly wound at the moment but has nice concnetration and richness with layers of fresh berry pie fruit and a long finish, wonderful structure here, even better on the second day really filling out nicely and taking on more fruit and depth of flavors. Finish 45+ Excellent +
