Age of Vines: 40 year old vines, Aging: 7 months in stainless steel aged on fine lees. The grapes from the wine were harvested from 2 parcels – Les Esquilirons and Les Bosquets. Les Equilirons was planted in 1987 on 1.23 acres of Roussane on the western hillside near the village. Les Bosquets was planted in 1982 on the northern hillside near the Chateauneuf-du-Pape village.
