This wine is crafted with a focus on low-intervention, traditional winemaking. The process begins with fully de-stemmed grapes and a 3 to 5-day cold soak to naturally extract deep color and aroma. It then undergoes a 100% natural fermentation for 18 to 21 days in enameled and stainless steel tanks, with the cap punched down twice daily to build structure. The wine is aged for 16 to 18 months, utilizing a maximum of 30% new oak to ensure the wood complements rather than dominates the fruit. Finally, it is bottled directly at the domaine with no fining or filtering, delivering a pure, unmanipulated expression of the vintage.
