The 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon is dark, brooding and layered with bold characters. Upon opening, black pepper, sage, leather and dark plums fill the air. The palate delivers a rich, round mouthfeel and abundant baking spices, cassis, vanilla, and cocoa. Smooth, velvety tannins linger on the finish.
