All hillside fruit, Sunchase Vineyard is located in the Petaluma Gap, 500 to 1400 foot elevation so you get a good bit of minerality here. This wine has a good amount of fresh earth here black spice, dark raspberry fruit nice concentration with a potpourii of flowers, very aromatic bouquet of aromas. A very smooth and silky wine on the tongue with a nice hand of that spice and rich raspberry coulis like fruit and a firm hand of acidty here balanced things out, ecellent structure with some tannins at the end but lots of juicy fruit here to match.
