A wonderfully perfumed and overtly spicy nose offers up a broad-ranging nose of menthol, Asian-style tea, dark currant, raspberry, rose petal and a whiff of sandalwood. The concentrated and relatively powerful flavors evidence an obvious muscularity as well as focused power that manifests itself on the mouth coating, intense and driving if ever-so-mildly warm finish. This is a big, bold and powerful wine that will definitely need extended cellaring but I hope that I will have the chance to see this beauty at its full maturity. *Outstanding*    Review Date: 06/2017
