Tasting Notes: Spicy, carrot top, black raspberry, floral, plum, vanilla aromas. Ripe, round, supple and fresh with good textures. Carrot, celery root, black raspberry, black cherry, spicy, cola, vanilla flavors with a touch of compost and licorice. Nicely balanced with good intensity and fruit if a bit hot.
