2018 Paolo Scavino Barolo Ravera

This wine has a beautiful bouquet with pretty floral notes with red cherry berry fruit, they purchased 2.5 hectares in 2015 and they are at 430 meters in altitude and this wine has a beautiful perfume here very fresh with an array of earth and exotic spices very complex bouquet some black truffle earthy notes coming out as the wine opens.  Wonderful structure and a rich and layered wine on the finish, lots of tannins here but thick liqueur like fruit with a long finish, echoing the earth and spice notes through the finish.   Finish 50+               KILLER
