2011 Monsecco Barbatasso Colline Novaresi Vespolina

This is another blending grape in the Piedmont and this has a bit of a dried meat like note, dark spices and perfumed floral notes, intense bouquet of aromas, black cherry fruit, incence spice.  A good amount of dark cherry fruit with some dark spice and tannins on the finish, black truffle and a bit dry at the end, with nice freshness this wine could use a little time to mellow out a bit astringent on the finish.  Finish 45+ Excellent
