2008 La Spinetta Barbaresco Valeirano

Red cherry kirsch and lovely licorice spice on the nose floral notes, a big and seductive wine with a lot of ripe and seductive red cherry kirsch like fruit. Big and chewy on the tongue with layers of red cherry fruit spice and dried rose petal fruit a bit lighter than the Starderi this year but still has great length and lots of fresh acidity through the finish. Finish 45+ MOST EXCELLENT
