Bottled unfiltered after a year in stainless steele, 100% Cabernet Franc this wine has that classic peppery spice along with a host of fresh floral notes to the black raspberry fruit, a very distinct bouquet, wintergreen notes coming out on the second day. A zesty spiced red with some tannins but light, black raspberry fruit and a host of that peppery spice and floral notes through the finish. Finish 35+ Very Good +
