This family has owned this label since 1312, so of course they have older vineyards, they do everything under cork, hand riddled, A blend of the three cava varietals 20-24 months under cork or en tirage, a Reserva they have the disgorgment date on the bottle. Fresh tree fruit on the nose wtih notes of sea shell and whtie flowers. A good amount of ripe fruit on the tongeu mnice richenss with that floral perfume notes on the finish and a tongue tingly minerality very fresh and clean finish, tonnic notes. Finish 35+ Excellent
