A 60/40 Chenin and Cabernet Franc blend this wine was disgorged in August of 2014, aged on the lees for 18 months. On the nose this wine has a nice freshness to the nose ripe tree fruits, pears, quince and lemon zest like citrus along with a briny mineral quality and pretty white flowers. A tongue tingly wine with smooth and creamy mousse, zesty lemon citrus and that briny mineral nuance through the finish, chalky notes, 7 grahms of residual. Finish 40+ Excellent
