2018 PEPPER BRIDGE MERLOT COLUMBIA VALLEY

Winemaker notes: Dark plum and black cherry abound in this vintage. Blue notes and a touch of cedar linger in the background on the nose. The palate is full bodied, balanced by fresh acidity with black and blue fruit interwoven with savory qualities, reminiscent of iron and brambles. Supple tannins create a rich and textured mouthfeel which lead to a smooth and long, dark finish. Blend: 81% Merlot, 13% Cabernet Franc, 6% Malbec.
