This is a very dark Merlot thus the name which means "black". Made with 100% Merlot, every red they use oak but not barrigue, they use 500 hectoliter barrels. Has a good amount of plum and cherry fruit with notes of fine herbs, cigar box spice and some fresh earth. A very refreshing style of Merlot with a good hand of zesty spice, silky smooth tannins and wonderful freshness through the finish, lovely balance here, light but has a good amount of nuance and spice to the finish, this wine is very refreshing and I can see finishing an whole bottle. Finish 40+ Excellent
