The house’s Rosé is composed of 90% Chardonnay, paired with 10% Pinot Noir from the village of Vertus on the Côte des Blancs. The cellar master chose to make this cuvée a blended Rosé, bringing together all the freshness and fi nesse of a Chardonnay with the structure and fruit of a Pinot Noir. Cellar aging lasts at least 3 years in order to develop its aromatic excellence.
Tasting: A profound robe with soft, silky pink tones. Its nose is intense and complex presenting a wonderful harmony of tangy, floral and spicy red fruits. Its finish is delicate and silky with a gorgeous mineral cut.
