2021 Honig Cabernet Sauvignon Napa MAGNUM

They own 68 acres, 55 planted of which 2/3 is Sauvignon Blanc and the rest is Cabernet Sauvignon, they have around 30 different growers, long term relationships. A good amount of ripe and seductive currant and black cherry, cassis fruit, all american oak and you get a nice amount of that toasty oak spice on the nose, sweet tobacco spice and dark chocolate notes. A very forward and drinkable wine with lots of dark currant, cassis and dark cherry liqueur like fruit with notes of milk chocolate and fine herbs nice complexity with a fresh finish.
