Saint-Romain is a small village in the Côte de Beaune sub-region of Burgundy which has had its own communal appellation since October 1947. This covers both elegant, prefumed red wines from the Pinot Noir grape variety, and white wines showing plenty of minerality which are made from Chardonnay.
Aromas of white flowers, citrus, and a hint of minerality. Bright and lively with flavors of lemon, green apple, and a touch of honey. Crisp acidity and a clean, refreshing finish.
