2010 Roth Estate Cabernet Sauvignon Alexander Valley Magnum

A short vintage three heat waves went through and many people last some fruit due to sunburn in the summer months, some people lost 60-70% of the crop. But despite the heat over the summer 2010 turned out to be a more classic vintage with a fairly earthy bouquet, black pepper spice, espresso and soy like aromas to the dark currant and black plum like fruit. A very forward and drinkable style this wine was a big hit, a real crowd pleaser. Finish 35 Excellent
