A SINGLE-VINEYARD SOAVE WHITE obtained from a local Garganega varietal with low-yield vineyards and careful attention to vinification, conducted in stainless steel. A pleasant surprise to the palate, with both freshness and depth, giving it an interesting and balanced structure.  Light straw-yellow.
