A wild bouquet of smoked meats, soy and dark spices complimenting the dark plum and berry fruit this wine has that savage character and 100% varietal like all the three Sagrantino wines, muddy soils here transferred in the wines very earthy character.  A big and chewy wine on the tongue with layers of earth spice and a long layered finish.  Finish 50+ Most Excellent
