Tasting notes: Ruby, with a bit of orange. It is intense and complex on the nose, with fruity aromas of cherry jam, ethereal and spicy. It tastes dry, soft, warm and rightly tannic. Full bodied, it has a persistent and intense finesse.
Winemaking Technique: Fermentation with submerged cap in stainless steel silos. It ages in Slavonian oaks and in 2nd hand barriques. It refines in the bottle.
