• Gentle pressing, fermentation with indigenous years until fully dry

• Aged, sur lie, in old 228 L oak barrels, for 9 months

• Due to low yields in 2021, the grapes destined for the Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc “Les Jardins” cuvées were harvested together and co-fermented
