Chalk and limestone soils this is the entry level wine label from Dr. Loosen, a fresh and clean wine peach and apple fruit with notes of white flowers and a chalky mineral note and lime citrus. A good amount of zesty apple and lime citrus on the tongue with a short but pleasant finish, just a bit of residual here but nicely balanced and fresh on the finish, leaves the tongue salivating for food.
