2016 Blake's Family Wines Tourmaline Swartland

2011 was the first production they started it as a hobby and now they make 350 cases of these wines and 500 of the other.  A blend of Chenin, Chardonnay and Viognier, the name refers to a gemstone of the mother and father of the winery, a clean nose of white flowers, apples, pears a fruit cocktail like bouquet of aromas.  Nice richness with a creamy texture o the tongue slightly oily with a nice floral character to the finish.  Finish 45+    Excellent
