A blend of White Tempranillo (Blanca Del Pais), Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Viura aged in oak for 11 months. A very unique bouquet with anise spice to the quince and white peach fruit with lime citrus blossoms and white pepper spice. Nice intensity on the tongue with a good amount of zesty mineral and spice to the apricot and quince, lime citrus very rich and layered on the finish, mouth puckering but enough fruit to match, long layered finish.
