1997 Chateau Musar Blanc, Bekaa Valley, Lebanon

Winemaker notes: Chateau Musar's white wines are full-bodied and carry great finesse. The wine is aged up to six months in oak, and released in its second year. Bright golden straw colour with a nose of almonds, cashew nuts, hot buttery toast, creme brulee and honey. Rich warm toasty honey flavours on the palate together with fragrant herbs and spiced apples result in a very complex rich and mellow wine.
